I’m not a huge beer fan, so you can imagine my surprise when Threes Brewing reached out for a collaboration. Pizza and beer are famously friendly, so it would only make sense that I’d have a handle on both. But this is not the case. The brewers at Threes Brewing, a local Brooklyn brewery, had an idea to craft a beer that’s specifically tuned to pair with a NY slice. There are plenty of beers that purport to taste like pizza, but not so many designed to accompany it. This ain’t no novelty act, it’s the real deal.
