Our friends in the pizza biz are gathering in Philadelphia for PizzaCon and we've been asked to run a very special pizza tour! Visit 3 unique pizzerias, meet the owners, tour the kitchens, eat delicious food. Must register for PizzaCon to attend.

Austin is an incredible food town so we're heading there to celebrate its bubbling pizza scene. This 4-stop bus tour will hit 4 different styles. Our pals at Austin Eats are joining us to manage local logistics while Scott handles the pizza!

NEW HAVEN PIZZA TOUR
We’ll ride a mini coach limo bus from NYC to New Haven and back. The bus is air conditioned! We’ll be listening to Scott’s awesome pizza tour mixtape on the drive.
Please do not bring alcoholic beverages on the bus. You may purchase alcoholic beverages at the pizzerias
Nope! We’ll cruise right in.
We have a lot of ground to cover, so each stop will last about 40 minutes.
The ride from NYC to New Haven is about 2 hours, then the drives between pizzerias are short (around 10-15 minutes).
Whether you live in New Haven or somewhere along the way and don’t want to ride with us, you may meet us at the first pizzeria of the day. We’ll be at Sally’s Apizza at 11am. The ticket cost is the same whether you ride with us or not.
We’re not announcing a confirmed route, but we’ll definitely be hitting Pepe’s and Sally’s.
YES! When we stop at restaurant, we get a table.
Between the two hour drive to New Haven, the 5 pizzeria stops, and the two hour drive back it’s likely we’ll take 10 hours. We’ll move as quickly as possible to get you back in time.
We cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions on this tour. There will be no gluten free options and many of the pizzas we’ll eat will have cheese, pork, and clams. If you have dietary restrictions that will prevent you from being to eat any of these things, this might not be the tour for you.
