Great times at Pizza School NYC! TEAM SPT did an amazing 4-hour workshop that took us through the dough making process and ended with us stretching and baking our own pizzas. It was pretty amazing. Miriam and I have done the class a few times but this was our first group effort. This class is an amazing experience for anyone who has ever wanted to make pizza or even for experiences pizza makers who want to improve their game.
