This month’s issue of Pizza Today Magazine features my column about how the pandemic has inspired home cooks to break into the pizza world. The result has been an explosion of incredible home pizza makers whose talents rival the culinary skills of hometown favorite pizzeria. Products like home pizza ovens by Ooni, Gozney, and Breville have literally added fuel to the fire and now it’s hard to tell the difference between amateur pizzas and their professional mentors.
