I’m excited to partner with the Tomato Wellness Council and the These Hands initiative for a FREE online event all about the history of canned tomatoes in America, this Friday October 30 at 2pm ET on Facebook. I’ll talk about how political and economic factors led to a shift from imported tomatoes from Italy to domestic tomatoes grown and canned in California. It’ll be a great opportunity for me to show off my awesome tomato can and label collection!
