The good folks at Pizza Expo have rescheduled this year’s event from June to August due to safety concerns from exhibitors and attendees. After COVID led to the cancellation of 2020’s event, all eyes have been on this year’s show. I’m delighted by the change in schedule, so thanks to the Expo folks for doing their best to provide a safe atmosphere for the biggest pizza event of the year!
