Pizza Classes in the New York Times

This weekend brought a nice surprise in the form of a pizza class plug in the New York Times! We run these classes every weekend and will do so until our normal tour schedule returns. In the meantime, consider checking out our online pizza making classes. Part 1, offered every Saturday 1-2:30 pm ET, is our Pizza Dough Workshop. This class teaches how to bring flour, salt, water, yeast, and oil together to make perfect pizza dough. Our methods come from NYC’s best pizzerias and will help you perfect a new skill to show off at all those post-pandemic parties! Part 2 is our Pizza Making Class, offered every Sunday 1-2:30 pm ET. We’ll teach you to use the dough you made in Part 1, your own dough, or r even store-bought dough to stretch, top, and bake using pro pizzeria methods. Use whatever you have at home: pizza stone, cookie sheet, cast iron pan, or even a fancy backyard pizza oven. Each session is just $35 per device so get the whole family together and up your pizza education!
