NY Pizza Suprema is one of the rare NYC pizzerias that still tosses its pizza dough during the stretch. Its location directly across the street from MSG/Penn Station makes it an unlikely spot for quality pizza, but that’s part of what makes it so great. Tossing dough isn’t totally necessary or important, but it sure is fun to watch!
