Miriam’s Dessert Pizza


1x dough ball, 8oz (here’s a video about how to make your own pizza dough)
1 TBS chocolate hazelnut spread
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Thin slices of banana, strawberry OR both!

Step 1: Pull dough from fridge 2HRS prior to bake time
Step 2: Preheat oven for 45 min at 450°F if using a pizza stone/steel (normal preheat if using a baking sheet). Place jar of Nutella NEXT TO, not on top of the oven so it softens in the jar. Softening it will enable it to spread more easily onto your curst.
Step 3: Stretch dough ball out into a 12” circle, place on peel and use a fork to poke little holes in dough
Step 4: Bake at 450°F for 6 minutes, or until lightly golden brown (it shouldn’t look dark like a pizza crust, it’s dessert!)
Step 5: Place on plate and apply tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread in center, work Nutella and spread over inside of pizza while the crust is hot! (be careful)
Step 6: Add fruit, then powdered sugar and you’re done!
