Our very own Miriam Weiskind has been making pizza for her neighbors and essential workers to bust the COVID blues. She’s picked up skills from years of pizza touring and event spent some time learning the ropes at Paulie Gee’s in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Hopefully we’ll be back to touring soon, but in the meantime Miriam has found a way to use her pizza skills to pay those pizza bills.
