My absolute favorite food podcast is The Sporkful, hosted by Dan Pashman. As the tag line says, “It’s not for foodies, it’s for eaters!” I love that sentiment. After all, while overthinking food can be fun it’s always based on personal taste. This week’s episode of The Sporkful features a 2018 interview with me (this is Scott writing this) with some updates to boot. I don’t totally remember what we talked about but I’m sure it’s pretty specific about pizza and leading a pizza-forward lifestyle.
