Last year I was honored to be invited to judge the Neapolitan division of the 2015 Caputo Cup pizza seminar and competition. The event returns to NYC next week for another gathering of some of the best pizzaioli in the world and I’m extremely excited to attend once again.
Aside from judging the Neapolitan competition, I’ll also be leading a discussion about pizza trends in NYC alongside an Australian pizzeria operator. Should be fun!
