Canadian Pizza is THE magazine for Canadian pizzeria operators and they’re holding a virtual summing this month to provide their community with some support when they need it the most. It’s all happening on October 19 from 1-5pm ET and includes marketing strategy sessions, demonstrations of Neapolitan and Windsor style pizza, product showcases, and even a virtual box folding competition. Sounds pretty awesome! I’ll be giving some opening remarks at 1:15pm, so buckle up for that! This event is open to anyone in the pizza industry and I suppose you can probably attend if you’re thinking about joining the fold. What the heck, it’s virtual so come one come all!
