Pizza University is bringing back this incredibly popular pizza class June 26-28 at their facility in Beltsville, MD. The course teaches practical skills like dough making, pizza stretching, and oven skills. Students will also learn business fundamentals that will help them succeed. Taught by Giulio Adriani, John Arena, and Scott Wiener, this class is designed for anyone new to the pizza business or high-level amateurs looking to break into it.
