Pizza Science for Kids

Pizza Science for Kids

Our interactive demonstrations teach kids the science behind their favorite food with hands-on activities using dough, sauce, and cheese. Topics include gluten development, tomato acidity, cheese pull, heat via conduction and convection, and pizza burn.

We have hosted activities in classrooms and public libraries in all five boroughs in New York City. Please contact us if you’re interested in hosting a Pizza Science For Kids event in your community space.
